Paul R. Tardif, Esq.

Mr. Tardif graduated from Boston College in 1988 and the University of Maine School of Law in 1993. After passing the Maine Bar, he was admitted to practice before the Maine Courts, including the United States District Court of Maine. Mr. Tardif was the judicial law clerk to five Justices of the Maine Superior Court, including the Chief Justice, from 1993 to 1994 when he entered private practice with the firm of Gosselin, Dubord and Rabasco in Lewiston, Maine.
Mr. Tardif passed the Massachusetts Bar in 1998 and joined the firm of Ardito, Sweeney, Stusse, Robertson & Dupuy, P.C. in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, with practice areas including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Employment Law.

In September of 2002, Mr. Tardif created the Law Offices of Paul R. Tardif, Esq. He has served as member of the Board of Directors for the Yarmouth Area Chamber of Commerce from 1998 until 2003, serving as President from 2001-2003. He has also served on the Barnstable County Bar Association Board of Directors for 2000-2002, and has served as clerk of the Community and Economic Development Committee for the Town of Yarmouth. He has been a member of the Yarmouth Rotary Club, and has served on the Board of Trustees of the Cultural Center of Cape Cod, on the Board of Directors of the Woodside Cemetery, Mid Cape Baseball, Inc., and on the Cape Cod Alcohol Coalition.

His current practice areas are as follows: Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use, Corporate Law, Wills, and Probate Estates.

Mr. Tardif currently resides in Yarmouth Port with his wife, and in his spare time, enjoys being out on the waters of Bass River and Nantucket Sound.

Stacey A. Curley, Esq.

Stacey earned her Bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and her juris doctor from Southern New England School of Law (now University of Massachusetts School of Law- Dartmouth) and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2001. During law school Stacey worked as a title examiner throughout the Commonwealth’s counties and it was through this work that Stacey realized her love of real estate law and the complexity of the work. Stacey joined the law of McManus, Norton & MacNamee in 2002 and became a sole practitioner in 2006. Prior to the joining the Law Offices of Paul R. Tardif, Esq., P.C., she spent 6 ½ years at Cape Cod Title & Escrow, P.C., servicing all of Barnstable, Plymouth and Norfolk counties. Practicing since 2002, Stacey has represented many sellers, buyers and lenders throughout Massachusetts and appears on most lender approved attorney lists due to her professionalism and experience.

Stacey has an in-depth knowledge of the Cape market and the ever constant changing real estate and lending laws. She truly enjoys helping people in all facets of real estate transactions, whether buying or selling.

Stacey currently resides on Cape Cod with her husband and three children.
