PAUL R. TARDIF, Esq.
Mr. Tardif graduated from Boston College in 1988 and the University of Maine School of Law in 1993. After passing the Maine Bar, he was admitted to practice before the Maine Courts, including the United States District Court of Maine. Mr. Tardif was the judicial law clerk to five About UsJustices of the Maine Superior Court, including the Chief Justice, from 1993 to 1994 when he entered private practice with the firm of Gosselin, Dubord and Rabasco in Lewiston, Maine.
Mr. Tardif passed the Massachusetts Bar in 1998 and joined the firm of Ardito, Sweeney, Stusse, Robertson & Dupuy, P.C., with practice areas including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Employment Law. In September of 2002,
Mr. Tardif created the Law Offices of Paul R. Tardif, Esq. He has served as member of the Board of Directors for the Yarmouth Area Chamber of Commerce from 1998 until 2003, serving as President from 2001-2003. He has also served on the Barnstable County Bar Association Board of Directors for 2000-2002, and has served as clerk of the Community and Economic Development Committee for the Town of Yarmouth. He is a proud member of the Yarmouth Rotary Club. Mr. Tardif also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cultural Center of Cape Cod, on the Board of Directors of the Woodside Cemetery, Mid Cape Baseball, Inc., and on the Cape Cod Alcohol Coalition.
